Cheonil Sanctuary Special Pilgrimage (Cheonwongung group viewing) reservation

1. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Changes, cancellations, and refunds of a reservation may be requested through the contact information below.

2. Refund Criteria

Time of Cancellation (based on scheduled viewing date)	Refund Amount
Up to 7 days before the viewing	Full refund of the payment amount
6 to 3 days before the viewing	50% refund of the payment amount
2 days before through the day of the viewing	No refund
No-show without prior notice	No refund

Partial Cancellation (Reduction in Number of Participants)

If the number of group participants decreases, the above refund criteria apply equally to the reduced portion.

3. Cancellation Due to the Operator's Circumstances

If the viewing cannot proceed due to circumstances attributable to the Operator, such as force majeure, closure days, or facility conditions, the full payment amount will be refunded regardless of the time of cancellation, and an alternative schedule will be offered where possible.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed using the payment method used at the time of payment, and through the processing procedures of the payment gateway (KICC), cancellation of authorization or refund may take 3 to 5 business days.
