Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Buheung Gallery (부흥갤러리, hereinafter the "Operator") and users in connection with the use of the reservation service for the Cheonil Sanctuary Special Pilgrimage (Cheonwongung group viewing) (hereinafter the "Service") operated by the Operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" means the Cheonwongung group viewing reservation and guidance service, and the related online payment service, provided by the Operator.
• "User" means a group, or its representative, that uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Reservation" means a viewing application submitted by a User specifying the desired visit date, session, and number of participants, which becomes confirmed upon the Operator's approval.

Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Operator shall post these Terms on the Service screen so that Users may easily review them.
2. The Operator may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws, and shall give prior notice specifying the effective date and reason for any amendment.

Article 4 (Reservation Procedure)

1. A reservation is established through the process of Application → Operator Approval → Confirmation.
2. When applying for a reservation, the User must provide accurate information, including the group name, contact person, contact details, number of viewers, and desired visit date.
3. The Operator may decline to approve a reservation application or request schedule adjustments due to operational circumstances (e.g., capacity exceeded, closure days).

Article 5 (Payment)

1. For reservations requiring payment, the User shall pay by credit card or other method provided by the Operator through the payment gateway, Korea Information & Communications Corp. (KICC).
2. Payment-related information is processed by the payment gateway, and the Operator does not store payment method information such as card numbers.

Article 6 (Change, Cancellation, and Refund of Reservations)

Matters concerning the change, cancellation, and refund of reservations shall be governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Article 7 (Obligations of the User)

• The User shall provide truthful reservation information and promptly notify the Operator if any changes are required.
• During the visit, Users shall comply with facility guidance and the Operator's instructions, and shall maintain solemn viewing conduct (business-casual attire is recommended).

Article 8 (Exemption from Liability and Dispute Resolution)

1. If the Operator is unable to provide the Service due to circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure or facility conditions, the Operator shall not be held liable, and in such cases the payment amount shall be refunded in full.
2. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of business.
